This product contains small parts that are for adult assembly only. Keep small children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of all protective material and plastic bags before assembly.
Safety (Continued) 7 WARNING: BATTERY SAFETY • Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead components. DO NOT open the battery. • Contact exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury. Immediately contact your doctor if exposure occurs. If the chemical is on the skin, immediately give the person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the person is vomiting or has decreased alertness. Do not induce vomiting.

Charging Instructions 9 YOU MUST CHARGE THE BATTERY FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE THE FIRST USE! ONLY AN ADULT SHOULD HANDLE THE BATTERY AND CHARGER. To Charge the Battery: 1. Ensure the quad is stopped and turned off. 2. Locate the seat lock at the front of the seat. Using a coin or screwdriver turn the seat lock to the unlocked position to remove the seat. 3. Unplug the red battery connector (A) from the red engine connector (B). 4.
Wheel Assembly Wheel Flat Washer Hex Nut Split Washer 1. Remove the hex nut, split washer and small flat washer from each axle. The large, flat washer stays on the axle. 2. Slide the wheel onto the axle. 3. Slide the small, flat washer onto the axle. 4. Slide the split washer onto the axle. 5. Slide the hex nut onto the assembled wheel and tighten with the hex wrench. 6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining wheels.
Attach the Handlebar 1 3 11 1 3 2 4 1. Remove the screw and nut from the handlebar before attaching. 2. Gently tuck the wires from the handlebar into the vehicle body. Slide the handle bar onto the steering rod, and align the screw holes on the handlebar with the holes on the steering rod. 3. Insert the screw into the hole and fasten the nut to secure. 4. Plug the handlebar connector into the dashboard connector.
Attach the Seat A B 1. Ensure the red battery connector (A) is connected to the red engine connector (B) before attaching the seat. 2. Position the seat over the battery compartment. 3. Turn the lock on the seat to the open position and align the lock with the lock hole near the front of the battery compartment. 4. Slide the notch on the front of the seat into the lock hole. 5. Turn the seat lock to the closed position.
Attach the Tail 1. Position the tail so the side with the graphics is facing up. 2. Insert the tail into the cylindrical socket, make sure that the buckle of the socket is fully inserted into the slot of the tail. 3. Pull up on the tail to test that it is securely fastened prior to use.
Operating Instructions Sound Button Power Button Ensure the rider is always seated in the correct position on the quad. Power Button: The quad drives 2 MPH in a forward direction. Press the Power Button on the handlebar to move forward. Release the Power Button to stop. Use the handlebar to turn the quad left or right. Sound Button: Press the Sound Button on the handlebar to hear horn sound effects. Lights: The Lights turn on when the vehicle is in motion.
Maintenance 15 Important Battery and Charger Information • Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings may handle and operate the battery and battery charger. Charge the battery at least once a month, even if the vehicle is not used or stored. Never leave the battery in a discharged condition.
• • • • • • General Care Regularly inspect all vehicle parts to ensure they are in good working condition. Regularly inspect the charger, cord, plug, and other related parts for damage. Remove any damaged parts and immediately contact Customer Service for replacement parts. See Service and Repairs on Page 20 for more information. DO NOT operate the vehicle if there are any damaged parts. Carefully clean the vehicle with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not get water in or near any electrical parts.
