III. Transporting and Storage
During transport, the roller should be handled and packed with care. Be
careful not to shake or damage the unit. Store the roller in a dry, dust
free environment.
IV. Power Specifications
a.) The input voltage must be 120v 60hz USA power.
b.) Use a GFCI 120v outlet, or surge protector.
c.) Be sure all electrical connections and wiring meet safety codes
and standards.
V. Assembly
a.) Take the hotdog machine, glass cover, and sideboards carefully
out of the packaging.
b.) Attach the glass cover to the right and left sideboards with the
provided nuts and screws. (Figure A)
c.) Put the completed cover onto the main machine body and fasten
with the provided screws. (Figure B)
