LOADING THE BATTERIES
The camera is powered by four size AA alkaline or NiMH batteries.
• If you use rechargeable (NiMH) batteries, make sure they have been fully loaded with the
aid of a suitable charger.
Always switch the camera off before changing
batteries!
• You may skip this step when you load batteries
for the first time after buying your camera.
Open the battery compartment pushing its
cover as illustrated (1), then flip the cover
open (2).
Load the batteries with correct polarity,
following the +/- marks.
