NIGHT FLASH
Night flash
This is a combination of flash and long shutter
speed. While the flash illuminates a person in
the foreground, the longer shutter speed ac-
centuates the lower lighting in the background
and enhances the mood of the picture.

In this mode, the shutter speed may be as
long as 1 sec. To avoid any loss of sharp-
ness due to camera wobble, it is advisable
to use a tripod.

To switch on this mode, select the night
flash symbol with the aid of the mode and
shift button.
