[File] - [Print...] command
This sends the image on the screen to the printer.
By selecting an object and running this command, you can print only the selected portion.
Running this command opens the [Print] dialog box. This dialog box is normally used to make settings for paper
size, orientation, number of copies, and the like, but the available setting items will vary according to the printer.
Keyboard shortcut: [Ctrl]+[P]
[File] - [Print Preview] command
This allows you to check the printing results on-screen before actually printing the data.
Running this command makes the window change to the Preview screen.
Preview screen commands
Print... This performs printing. The [Print] dialog box appears.
Page Setup... This allows you to make settings for paper size, margins, and the like. The [Page Setup] dialog
box appears.
Zoom In This enlarges the view size of the print image.
Zoom Out This reduces the view size of the print image.
Close This closes the Preview screen for printing.
[File] - [Page Setup...] command
This allows you to set the printing position and size.
Running this command displays the [Page Setup] dialog box.
