7. Troubleshooting

1029-0000
The spindle experi-
enced an overload.
The spindle stopped under
a large cutting load or due
to a similar cause. The fol-
lowing are likely reasons.
• The tool bur is worn.
• A workpiece that cannot
be cut by the machine is
being used.
• The cutting conditions are
too strict.
102A-0000
The spindle experi-
enced overcurrent.

Turn o the power.

Review the tool bur, the workpiece, the
CAM settings, and the shape specied in the
cutting data.
102B-0000
The spindle motor
temperature is high.

The motor may have overheated, so wait
some time before performing operations
again.

Turn on the power.
102C-0000
A communication
error occurred be-
tween the spindle
control circuit and
the motor.

Restart the machine.
102D-0000
The spindle can not
be turned.
The spindle stopped under
a large cutting load or due
to a similar cause.
102E-0000 The spindle crashed.

Restart the machine.

Review the workpiece, the CAM settings, and
the shape specied in the cutting data.

Clean away any cutting waste.
