Installing the driver (Windows)

Click
[OK]
to close the
System Properties
dialog box.

Close all currently running software (applications).
Also close all windows that are open. If you are using
software such as antivirus programs, be sure to close these
programs as well.

Find the included CD-ROM.
Insert the CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM drive.

From the Windows
start
menu, choose
“Run...”
The
“Run”
dialog box will appear.

Input the name into the dialog box as shown, and click
[OK]
.

* The drive name is “D:” in the example shown here, but this
may be different on your system. Specify the drive name for
your CD-ROM drive.

dialog box appears.
Click
[Install]
.
Checking the name of your
drive. From the start menu,
choose My Computer. In the
window that appears, verify
the name of the CD-ROM
drive into which you inserted
the CD-ROM in step 7. The
(D:) or (E:) displayed by the
CD-ROM drive icon is the
drive name.
If you want to install the driver
into a different hard disk, click
[Browse] and specify the
desired location.
