Chapter 1 Introduction
1-1 Machine Features
This machine is a high-speed, grand-format printer compatible with media having a width of 104 inches.
➢It provides ample image quality for large outdoor signs and the like even in its fastest mode, demonstrating high
practicality and productivity.
➢The media take-up and feed systems and the media heating system are provided with the standard features
that high-speed, high-volume printing requires.
➢The machine is capable of high-density printing on outdoor-advertisement media, so it can achieve high weath-
erability even with the ink-jet system it uses.
➢A self-cleaning feature performs automatic cleaning for the print heads, reducing the time and effort of daily
maintenance. Other considerations enhance ease of use, including a preset feature that lets you save media-
specific settings.
