3 Battery Type 0 = SLA, 1 = Flooded; see user manual for charging
voltages based on battery type
4 I/O Direction 0 = input (default), 1 = output

Disconnect
in millivolts; NOTE: If disconnect or reconnect voltages
are set too close, they will be adjusted automatically.
Set either to zero for defaults.
