3.5.4.4.1 Phone Activity Status - +CPAS
+CPAS - Phone Activity Status
AT+CPAS Execution command reports the device status in the form:
+CPAS: <pas>
Where:
<pas> - phone activity status
0 - ready (device allows commands from TA/TE)
1 - unavailable (device does not allow commands from TA/TE)
2 - unknown (device is not guaranteed to respond to instructions)
3 - ringing (device is ready for commands from TA/TE, but the ringer is
active)
4 - call in progress (device is ready for commands from TA/TE, but a call is
in progress)
AT+CPAS=? Test command reports the supported range of values for <pas>.
Note: although +CPAS is an execution command, 3gpp TS 27.007 requires
the Test command to be defined.

3.5.4.4.2 Set Phone Functionality - +CFUN
+CFUN - Set Phone Functionality

[<fun>[,<rst>]]
Set command selects the level of functionality in the ME.
Parameters:
<fun> - is the power saving function mode
0 - minimum functionality, NON-CYCLIC SLEEP mode: in this mode, the
AT interface is not accessible. Consequently, once you have set <fun>
level 0, do not send further characters. Otherwise these characters
remain in the input buffer and may delay the output of an unsolicited
result code. The first wake-up event stops power saving and takes the
ME back to full functionality level <fun>=1.
1 - mobile full functionality with power saving disabled (factory default)
2 - disable TX
