+CCFC - Call Forwarding Number And Condition
<class> - sum of integers each representing a class of information which
the command refers to; default 7 (voice + data + fax)
1 - voice (telephony)
2 - data
4 - fax (facsimile services)
8 - short message service
16 - data circuit sync
32 - data circuit async
64 - dedicated packet access
128 - dedicated PAD access
<time> - time in seconds to wait before call is forwarded; it is valid only
when <reason> "no reply" is enabled (<cmd>=1) or queried
(<cmd>=2)
1..30 - automatically rounded to a multiple of 5 seconds (default is 20)
Note: when <cmd>=2 and command successful, it returns:
+CCFC: <status>,<class1>[,<number>,<type>[,,,<time>]][<CR><LF>
+CCFC: <status>,<class2>[,<number>,<type>[,,,<time>]][ … ]]
where:
<status> - current status of the network service
0 - not active
1 - active
<classn> - same as <class>
<time> - it is returned only when <reason>=2 (“no reply”) and <cmd>=2.
The other parameters are as seen before.
AT+CCFC=? Test command reports supported values for the parameter <reason>.

Note When querying the status of a network service (<cmd>=2) the response line
for 'not active' case (<status>=0) should be returned only if service is not
active for any <class>.

Activation, deactivation, and status query are supported.
Parameters:
<n> - enables/disables the presentation of an unsolicited result code:
0 - disable
1 - enable
<cmd> - enables/disables or queries the service at network level:
0 - disable
