3.5.5.2 Message Configuration
3.5.5.2.1 Service Center Address - +CSCA
+CSCA -Service Center Address
AT+CSCA=
<number>
[,<type>]
Set command sets the Service Center Address to be used for mobile
originated SMS transmissions.
Parameter:
<number> - SC phone number in the format defined by <type>
<type> - the type of number
129 - national numbering scheme
145 - international numbering scheme (contains the character "+")
Note: to use the SM service, is mandatory to set a Service Center Address
at which service requests will be directed.
Note: in Text mode, this setting is used by send and write commands; in
PDU mode, setting is used by the same commands, but only when the
length of the SMSC address coded into the <pdu> parameter equals zero.
Note: the current settings are stored through +CSAS
AT+CSCA? Read command reports the current value of the SCA in the format:
+CSCA: <number>,<type>
Note: if SCA is not present the device reports an error message.
AT+CSCA=? Test command returns the OK result code.

the MT will use to send MO SMS messages.
Parameters:
<service> -
a numeric parameter which indicates the service or service
preference to be used.
