Table 26 Time-stamp Block
The HEADER field is common to both Time-stamp and Variable data blocks. The TYPE bit-field will
always contain the value 1 for Time-stamp blocks. The bit-fields of the HEADER register are defined
as follows:

Bit-Field Description
REASON 1 = Time-stamp denotes start of SOE event
2 = Time-stamp denotes SOE buffer overflow event.
3 = Time-stamp denotes SOE clear event.
4 = Time-stamp denotes data event.
TYPE 1 = Time-stamp block.
2 = Variable block.

The YEAR_MNTH field is valid only for Time-stamp blocks. It contains the year and month values for
the time-stamp.

Bit-Field Description
YEAR The year value for the time-stamp (0…9999).
MONTH The month value for the time-stamp (1…12).

The DAY_HOUR_MIN field is valid only for Time-stamp blocks. It contains the day of the month, hour
and minute values for the time-stamp.
