Introduction

The Trusted

32 Channel 120Vdc Digital Output FTA T8870 is designed to act as the main interface

between the Trusted

TMR 120V dc Digital Output Module T8471 and a field device. The signal from

the output module is digital at 120V dc.

Features

• 32 output channels per FTA.

• Industry standard field device connections (2-wire).

• Standard DIN rail compatibility.

• Simple installation and connection.

• 120V dc operation.

• SmartSlot connection for ‘one to many’ hot replacement of output modules.

• Field power supply arranged in four groups of eight channels, with 0V

isolation between groups.

• On-board LED indication field power supply integrity.

• Field terminal wire size allowance 12-24 AWG

The 32 channels are arranged in five groups each comprising eight identical channels. Figure 2 below shows the configuration of two channels within a group.
