Press the Launch Permissions, Edit Defaults button.
2000: add the Everyone group and allow DefaultLaunchPermission.
XP service pack 1: add the Everyone group with Allow Launch Permissions (see Figure 22).
XP Service pack 2,add the Everyone group and allow all options (Local launch, Remote Launch, Local
Activation and Remote Activation). Also add group ANONYMOUS LOGON and allow all options.
Press OK.
