PMI Regulator Operating Modes

The PMI Regulator’s default operating mode is idle. All other operating modes are

selected by the programmer in the Drive Control register (100/1100). Table 3.1 shows

the available operating modes. Note that the operating modes are mutually exclusive,

i.e., only one mode may be enabled at a time (this is checked by the interlock tests).

The PMI Regulator’s operating modes are shown in figure 3.1 and are described in the

following sections.
