Power cycle or reset the
module. If the problem persists,
contact Rockwell Automation
support.
LEDs are
alternating
red/green
The module is in
self-test mode.

No action required. The module
will exit this mode when the
self-test is completed.
LEDs are
alternating
red/off
There is a bad
configuration.
•
Verify that all node addresses
are unique.
•
Check the module’s
configuration.
•
Check media for broken cables,
loose connectors, missing
terminators, etc.
•

module.
