Off The module is not
powered or the
module is not
properly
connected to the
network.
• Securely connect the module to
the drive using the Internal
Interface cable.
• Correctly connect the RS485
cable to the DF1 plug.
• Apply power to the drive.
Flashing
Green
The module is
properly
connected, but it is
not communicating
with any devices
on the network.
• Place the controller in RUN, or
apply power to the peer device
that will send I/O.
• Program a controller or peer
device to recognize and
transmit I/O to the module.
• Configure the module for the
program in the controller or the
I/O from the peer source.
Solid
Green
The module is
properly
connected and
communicating on
the network.
• No action required.
Flashing
Red
A network
connection has
timed out.
• Place the scanner in RUN, or
apply power to the peer device
that will send I/O.
• Check the amount of traffic on
the network.
