LZ Linear Motor Cooling Kit

Inspect Kit Content

Before attempting installation, verify the contents of your kit.

Install the Cooling Kit

To install the cooling kit, do the following.

1. Use an 8 mm wrench or nut driver to install the M5 plug fitting in the side

tapped hole.

Torqu e t o 3 . 4 Nm(30lbin).

2. Place the o-rings into the two counterbores.

3. Attach the manifold to the coil mounting bar as shown by securing to the tapped holes with M4 SHCS. Torque to 3.4 Nm (30 lbin) using a 3 mm hex key. 4. Install the barb fittings to the cable end of the coil. Torque to 3.4 Nm (30 lbin) using an 8 mm wrench or nut driver.
