Step 9. Check Self-Tuning Results
The results of the self-tuning procedure is displayed in U.009. This step describes how
to view the results if SF is displayed after the test is started.
Step 8.7 Self-tuning is now completed. If a zero is displayed, the self-tuning
procedure was completed successfully. Go to step 10.
If SF is displayed, the procedure was not successfully completed. Go to
step 9 to view parameter U.009 for the specific fault code.
When self-tuning is complete, the motor will
ramp to a stop.
The following parameters will be updated
based on the self-tuning results:
•
U.001 - Encoder PPR (if U.001 ≠ SE)
•
U.006 - Magnetizing Current
•
U.008 - Torque Self-Tune Enable (reset to
OFF)
•
U.009 - Torque Self-Tune Result
Step 9.1 Press the PROGRAM key until the PROGRAM LED turns on to enter
program mode.
The display returns to the Vector (U)
parameters.
Step 9.2. Press the ENTER key to access the Vector parameters.
The display shows U.008, the last
parameter accessed.

