onse delay has the following effects:

When the value of the trip point is out
of range (exceeded or not reached) for a period
of time longer th
an the delay time, the relay switches.

When the value of the trip point ± hysteresis is in range (not reached or exceeded) for a
period of time longer
than the delay time, the relay switches back.

Shorter overranges/underranges do not
have an effect.
