7. Set the fields as follows:
Field Value
F4 Use Modem YES
F5 Dial Phone Number No - But Always Send Init String
F6 Modem Init String
Delete any modem initialization that may be present.
Replace it with:
your mode attention character
your system mode character
The default is \1bS.
This is the command that tells the processor to switch
modes.
8. Return to the Main Menu by pressing [Enter] [Enter].
