SERVOAMP CLOOP GAIN ERROR One ofthe followingAMP parameter errors exist::
Current Prop. Gain + Current Integral Gain < 4096
or
Current Prop. Gain -Current Integral Gain > 0.
SERVOAMP ERROR T here is anerror in oneor moreoftheAMP parametersrelative toservocontrol or anabsolute
feedback encoderfailed toinitialize.
SERVOAMP FDBK PORT ERROR T he feedback portassignmentsin AMParewrong;forexample,two servosareusing the same
feedback porton the same servo module.
SERVOAMP FE LIM ITS CORRECT One ormore ofthe followingAMP parameterswerechanged to satisfy the followingequation:

The servo module would havedisabledcontrol operation ifthese parameterswerenotchanged.

SERVOAMP,AMPTYPE ERROR The AMP parametersspecifying amplifiertypesand connectors arecontradictory.
SERVOAMPLIFIERFAULT T his indicatesthatafaultsignalhas beenreceivedfroma servo amplifier. Itcan usually be
corrected byturning offpowertotheamplifier,and thenback on.
SERVO BUSYDURINGHOMINGOPERATION T his errorindicates thatthe servo processorwasunable to respond during ahomingoperation.
It can occurunderthe unusualcondition resulting fromtwo ormore servo axes reaching their
homepointsimultaneously. Generally,the axescan bere-homedwithno problems.
SERVO CONFIGURATION ERROR T he AMP servo configurationisinconsistent. Anexampleofthis errorwouldbe ifthe
downloadedAMPfile wereconfigured foronly twoaxes,whentheAMPparameterNumberof
Motorson F irstBoard”wassetforthree.
SERVO COMMUNICATIONSERROR A communicationserror occurred between the controland the servo module.
SERVO CURRENT LOOP ERROR Whilerunning an axis,theallowable currentloopproportionalerror or currentloop integralerror
hasgone outofrange.
SERVOINTERFACEF AILURE The servo interface diagnosticsperformed onpower-up havefailed. Attempttopowerup again.
If theerrorremains,contactAllen-Bradleycustomersupportservices.
SERVOPOS &VEL FB SIGNERR T his isapowerturn-on errorwhich occurs whenthe signsoftheposition andvelocity feedback
devicesdo not match whena commonfeedbackportisusedforboth.
SERVOPOWER UPSEQUENCE ERROR Theservoprocessor diagnostics performed onpower-up havefailed. Attempttopowerup
again. Ifthe errorremains,contactAllen-Bradley customersupportservices.
SERVOPOWERUP DIAGNOSTICS FAILURE The servo module diagnosticsperformed onpower-up havefailed. Possible causesinclude
incorrectservo AMPparametersbeingdownloaded. An example would beconfiguringAMPfor
five axeswhenthere isonlyone servo module installed.
SERVOPROCESSOR ASSIGNMENT ERROR Too manyservos were AMPedora servo wasassignedtoa non-existentservoprocessor. T he
systemis h eld inE-Stop. The message indicates anerrorin the total numberoffitted axes and
spindles, or in the AMPed values of:
Number ofMotors on1stboard
Number ofMotors on2nd board.
