OVER SPEED IN POCKET CYCLE T h e programme d feedrateforanirregularpocketcycle (G89) was too highforthe cycletokeep
up. T h e partprogramstops atthe endpointofthe blockin which theerror occurred. The cycle
mustbe executed with a lowerfeedrate.
OVERTRAVEL (+) Theindicated axis hasreachedthepositive software overtravellimitduringan axis jog. This
message canappearpriorto reaching the overtravel limitincertaininstances. Forexample,ifa
singlepulsefrom thehandwheel will resultina large incremental move beyond the overtravel
limit,thiserror message willappear before theaxismovesup tothelimit.

continue ontocompletionbefore restarting. Ifandwhen backgroundPALdoes completeinthe
allocated time,thismessagewilldisappear. Ifthis messageappearscontinuously,thePAL
programshould be rewritten,orelsetheAMP defined backgroundPALexecution timeshould be
increased. RefertotheAMP andPALreferencemanualsformoredetails.

PAL DOES NOT EXIST Thereis no PAL programin the system,eithero n EPROMor inRAM memory. EPRO Ms must
be installed,or else PALmustbedownloadedtoRAMfromODS.
PAL INITIATED MOTION POSSIBLE WhileinQuickCheckmodeitispossibleforPALtophysically move axes. This includes any
motion generated byPALincludingthePALaxismover,orjogsthatcanoccurinautomatic
modesuchas jogon the flyor manualgap elimination. Thismessageisclearedafterthefirst
