Message Description
INVALID CHECKSUM DETECTED T his erroriscommon for severaldifferentsituations. Mosttypically it results whenwritingor
restoring invalid data to flash memory. F or exampleifaxiscalibrationdataisbeing restored to
flash andthere wasan errororinvalid memoryreferencein the axis calibration data file.
Typically this indicates acorruptor invalid file.
INVALIDCNC FILENAME An erroroccurred in G05 DH+communications block.
INVALID CODEPROGRAMMEDFOR 7300 An invalid G orMcode wasprogrammed during 7300tapecompatibility mode.
INVALID COMMUNICATIONS PARAM ETER Parameters inG05 and/orG10.2communication blocks are incorrect.
INVALIDCONTROL FOR DUALPROCESS SYS The systemexecutivedownloaded to the controldoes notmatchthe hardware configuration
established by youroption chip.
INVALID CUTTER COMPENSATION NUMBER Acompensationnumber(orTTRCnumber) outoftherangeofallowablecompensation
numbers (eithertoo large ortoo small)wasprogrammed.
INVALID CYCLE PROFILE The path defining the cycle profileis notvalid. This istypically caused by the cutterradius being
setto the wrong sign,being settoo large,orthevaluesforU,W,I,K,and the cutterradius
combined are notvalidforthe profile to be cut.
INVALIDDATA AFTER AMACROCOMMAND Typically causedby a non-paramacro command following aparamacro command. Macro and
non-macrocommands cannotexistin thesameblock.
INVALIDDATA BEFOREA MACRO COMMAND Typically causedby a non-paramacro command precedinga paramacrocommand. Macroand
non-macrocommands cannotexistin thesameblock.
INV ALID DATAFORMAT MUST BE MM/DD/YY Aninvaliddateformatwasentered. Theformatmustbe Month /Day /Year(MM/DD/YY).
INVALIDDEPTH PROBECONTROLLING AXIS The axisname whichis AMPed asthecontrollingaxis forthedepthaxis isnotan axisthathas
been configuredon the system or the adaptive depth controllingaxis isconfigured asthe same
axisdefined to havedepthprobefeedback. Refer to yourAMPreferencemanualfor detailson
axisconfiguration.
INVALID DESKEW MASTER The AMPed name specifying the masterdeskewservo isnotone ofthe AMPedaxes.
INVALID DESKEW SLAVE The AMPednamespecifying the masterdeskewservo isnotone of theAMPed axes,orithas
already selected as amaster axis.
INVALIDDHCOMMANDTYPE An erroroccurred in G05DH+ communicationsblock.
INVALID(DO)COMMANDNUMBER The specifiedloop numberin aparamacroDO commandis outofthelegal range,ornotfound.
DOcommands mustbe followedby a1,2,or3.
INVALID(END)COMMANDNUMBER Aparamacro END commandhasbeen encounteredwithouta matchingDO orWHILE,or
outside the valid range. ENDcommandsmustbefollowed bya 1,2,or3,asprogrammed with
the correspondingDO command.
INVALIDENDPOINT IN G27 BLOCK The positionprogrammedin theG27 blockisnotthehomeposition. The end-pointofaG27
blockmustbethemachine home position.
INVALID EXPECTED LIFE The data justentered for the expectedlifeofthe cuttingtoolfor toolmanagementis invalid.
INVALID EXPECTED TOOL LIFE The currentprogramisattempting to enteran invalid valueforthe toolmanagementexpected
life ofatool. Tool lifeis programmedin aG10 blockwith anL-word.
INVALIDFB COUNTS Atpower upthecontrolcheckstheAMPconfiguredposition andvelocity feedbackcountsper
revolution. Ifeitherofthese parameters are invalid (for thishardware type)thiserrorappears
and the control isheldin E-- Stop.
INVALID FDBK/MTR TYPE COMBO When changingbetweenan executive fromsystem9.xx to 10.xx some major changesoccurred
to howa servo isconfigurated inAMP. When copying this AMPprojectfrom 9.xxto10.xxyou
mustopen and reconfiguresomeoftheAMPservo group parameters beforesavingand
downloadingtothe control.
INVALID FILE TYPE An errorhas occurredin a file thathas been sentfromthe ODSworkstation to the control.
Typically itisthe resultofODSsending thewrongfile type to the control(forexample,anAMP
file issentwhena PALdownload is takingplace,etc.). Attempttodownload thefileagain,
making sure thatthecorrectfile type isselected whendownloaded.
