INCOMPATIBLE TOOL ACTIVATION MODES Thismessage isdisplayedand the controlisheld in E-Stop atpowerupwhen the tool geometry
offset mode is “Immediate Shift/Immediate Move”and the tool wear offset mode is “Immediate
Shift/Delay Move” or when the tool geometryoffsetmode is“Immediate Shift/Delay Move”and
the tool wear offset mode is “Immediate Shift/Immediate Move”. These modes are incompatible.

axison the control. ThisusuallyoccurswhentheCSSaxisis changed fromthedefaultaxisby
programming aP-word in the G96 block thatselects some otheraxis.
INVALID AXIS PROGRAMMING RESOLUTIONS The axis resolutionssetin AMPby the systeminstallerare too farapart. The control is
incapableofhandlinglargedifferencesin axis resolutions. Forexample, iftheXaxis has a
resolutionthatallows .999999 and the Z axis allows aresolution ofonly .9,thecontrolcan have
difficultymovingbothaxessimultaneously.
