Message Description
HIPERFACE PASSWORD FAILURE Duringthe SINCOSdevice’salignmentprocedure,the logic usedtosetthe passwords detects
an incorrectpassword. Asection ofthe codewillrepeatedly attemptvarious combinations of
eachofthepasswordsto correctthe errorcondition.
HOME REQUEST ON A PARKEDAXIS An attemptwasmade,while usingdualaxes,todo a homingoperationon aparkedaxis.
HOMING NOT COMPLETED Anattemptwasmadetoexecute a programmedaxismovebefore the axeshave beenhomed.
Axesmustbe homedbefore they canbe moved through partprogramorMDIcommands.
HOME TOLERANCE EXCEEDED This errorconditionoccurswhenthehomingoperation ofthe indicatedaxisis aborteddue to
thecondition ofthe axisstoppingoffofthehome switchin excessof3/8ofan electricalcycle of
the feedback device awayfroma nullmarker.Ifthis problempersistsyoumayneed to adjust
eitherthehome switch position,orthe homeswitch tripdog,orthe feedback position.Thismay
alsorequire youtoadjustthe AMPHomeCalibrationparameterforthisaxis.

broken ordisconnected fiberoptic cable.

residentin the PALPROMs.
I/O RINGTIME-OUT AverylargeforegroundPAL program,combinedwitha large numberofI/O ringdevices,has
created timing problemsforI/Oringcommunications. Reduce PAL programsizebydeleting
unnecessary rungs andoptimizetheexecution ofothers.

available.
ILLEGAL (G)CODE AnillegalG-codevaluehas beenprogrammed.

ILLEGAL ANGLEVALUE AQuickPathPlusblock has defined the angleofthe nextblockincorrectly. T here is nopossible
path that connectsthetwo tool paths to the programmed end-pointusingtheentered angle.
ILLEGAL APPLICATION COMMAND FROM TEACH Anon-recognizedSD1-typepacketwasreceived ina CMD=61 DF1packetfromthe teach
pendantinterface. Allowable SD1sare 1 -- 5.
