SERVO AMP C LOOP GAIN ERROR One of thefollowing AMPparametererrorsexist::

SERVO AMP ERROR There isan errorin one or moreofthe AMPparametersrelativeto servocontroloran absolute
feedbackencoderfailedto initialize.
SERVO AMP FDBK PORT ERROR The feedbackport assignments in AMPare wrong; forexample,two servosare using thesame
feedbackportonthesameservo module.
SERVO AMP FE LIMITS CORRECT One or moreofthe followingAMPparameterswere changedtosatisfythefollowing equation:
Inposition Band ≤ Gain Break Point ≤ Feedrate Suppression ≤ Excess Error

SERVO BUSYDURINGHOMINGOPERATION This errorindicatesthattheservoprocessorwas unable to respondduring a homing operation.
Itcan occurunder theunusualconditi on resultingfromtwoor moreservo axes reachingtheir
homepointsimultaneously. Generally,theaxes canbere-homed with no problems.
SERVO CONFIGURATIONERROR The AMPservoconfigurationis inconsistent. An exampleof thiserrorwouldbeifthe
downloaded AMPfilewereconfigured for onlytwoaxes,when the AMPparameter“Numberof
MotorsonFirstBoard”wasset forthree.

SERVO POWERUP DIAGNOSTICS FAILURE The servo modulediagnostics performed on power-uphave failed. Possiblecausesinclude
incorrectservo AMPparameters being downloaded. An examplewould be configuringAMPfor
fiveaxes when thereis only one servomodule installed.
SERVO PROCESSOR ASSIGNMENT ERROR Too manyservoswereAMPedoraservo was assigned toanon-existentservoprocessor. The
system is held in E-Stop. The message indicates an error in the total number of fitted axes and
spindles,or in theAMPed values of:
Numberof Motorson 1stboard
Numberof Motorson 2nd board.
