Configure Your Ethernet Module
1. Expand I/O Configuration in the system tree.
This example features the CompactLogix 1768-ENBT
ethernet module. The steps to configure other Logix
ethernet modules are similar.
For instructions on configuring other ethernet
modules, refer to the Start Pages within RSLogix 5000
software.
2. Right-click 1756 Backplane and choose New Module.
3. Expand Communications and select
1768-ENBT/A or another 1756 Ethernet
module.
4. Click OK.
5. From the Major Revision pull-down menu,
choose the latest revision and click OK.
