This parameter determines the state the Out B assumes when a trip occurs and
Parameter 39 is set to 0.
0 = Open
1 = Close

This parameter in conjunction with Parameter 42 defines how Output B will respond
when a DeviceNet network fault occurs. When set to 1, Output B will hold state prior
to trip occurrence. When set to 0, Output B will open or close as determined by
setting in Parameter 42.
