The DTAM Plus and PLC-5 must be set as follows for communications
to occur:
RS-232
DTAM Plus
PLC-5
Channel 0
RS-232 / RS-485 Versions

Use Catalog No. 2707-NC3 for RS-232
Use Catalog No. 2707–NC4 for RS-422
DTAM Plus
The DTAM Plus must have an application with a PLC-5 (DF1) operating
system installed. The Baud Rate and Parity of the DTAM Plus and PLC-5
must be the same. The DTAM Plus can use either the RS-232 or RS-485
port:
