Step 3: Remove the
Existing Snubber
Capacitors
1. Remove the nut and washer that secures each of the snubber capacitors to
the mounting bracket at the bottom of the drive chassis and lift the
capacitors off the brackets.
2. Disconnect the wires from the top of each capacitor and remove the
capacitors.
Step 4: Install the New
Snubber Capacitors
• Install the new snubber capacitors in the reverse order of removal as detailed
in Step 3: Remove the Existing Snubber Capacitors
above.
Remove nuts and washers
Note: Bus bars shown removed for clarity only.
Disconnect capacitor wires
