PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame C Power Supply Filter Circuit Board 7

7. Remove all connections from the top of the terminal blocks on the

Power Supply Filter board.

8. Remove the two screws that secure the top of the Power Supply Filter

board to the drive and remove the board from the drive.

Step 4: Install the New

Power Supply Filter Board

Install the Power Supply Filter board in reverse order of removal as detailed

in Step 3: Remove the Existing Power Supply Filter Board

on page 4.

1. Inspect the existing X5, XTM and XUV cables for burn marks, cracks

or loose connectors. If necessary, replace the cables on the Power

Supply Filter board with the new cables provided.

2. Replace any cables ties as necessary.
