• Note the proper order of the washers when installing the bolts connecting
the bus bars to the SCR Modules and other bus bars.
• For Regenerative drives, the longer leg of the intermediate AC input bus
bars connect to the top of the SCR Modules:
• For Regenerative drives, five of the bolts are 24mm long and the rest are
20mm long. For non-regenerative drives, two of the bolts are 24 mm long
and the rest are 20 mm long. Install the 24mm bolts in the following
locations:
Bolt
Lock washer
Flat washer
Intermediate
bus bar
Phase U, V, or
W bus bar
SCR Module
on heatsink
Top of Drive
Long leg
Short leg
24mm bolt locations
