2 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame B Field Dual Diode Module
What You Need to Do
The Field Dual Diode module is located below the Field board, which is
below the Control board and Control EMI shield and the Pulse Transformer
and Switching Power Supply boards in the upper left corner of the drive
chassis.
To install the Field Dual Diode module:
❐ Step 1: Remove power from the drive
❐ Step 2: Remove the protective covers
❐ Step 3: Remove the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply
boards
❐ Step 4: Remove the Field board and existing Field Dual Diode
module
❐ Step 5: Install the Field board and new Field Dual Diode module
❐ Step 6: Install the Pulse Transformer and Switching Power Supply
boards
❐ Step 7: Replace the protective covers and document the change
