Configure Hardware Enable
Ensure that Jumper P22 on the Main Control Board is set to HW Enable
(Pins 2 and 4).

IMPORTANT
In addition to the correct jumper setting, enable circuitry must be
connected to I/O Terminals 13 and 16. For wiring examples, refer to
the following publications.
