Assembly Instances 104 and 105 are default for 198-DNG. Assembly Instances 106 and 107
are default for 198-DN.

In a typical Distributed Starter, Input 1 represents the disconnect status. Input 2 represents the contactor
status. If this bit is set, the disconnect or contactor is closed. If this bit is not set, the disconnect or contactor
is open.
