Assembly Instances 104 and 105 are default for 198-DNG. Assembly Instances 106 and 107
are default for 198-DN.

Input 1 represents the disconnect status of the distributed starter. Input 2 represents the contactor feedback
of the preset speed module. If this bit is set, the disconnect or contactor is closed. If this bit is not set, the
disconnect or contactor is open.
