Turning-off the Module's Power
Whenever you want to turn off the module’s power, press the EXIT REQ
switch first. This exit request notifies other nodes you are leaving the
ring, thus saving the other nodes time that they would otherwise lose by
trying to pass the token to a node that they cannot find.
The KP3 module has 16 LED indicators on its front panel; the KP3R has
20 (figure A.1).
