You must enter the data to be stored at the instruction’s address and its
operating parameters when programming the following instructions:
Get
Equal To
Less Than
Timers
Counters
Files
Sequencers
The data stored at the instruction address is divided into two sections:
BCD values (bits 00-13)
status bits (bits 14-17)
During program execution,these bits are constantly changing to reflect
current states and values of program instructions. Therefore, when
programming on line, you must decide whether to use the current data or
enter new data.
In summary, use [Data Init] to:
enter a data instruction with an unused address
enter new data
clear the status bits of an already used address
