8 Loop1 Input High Temperature Alarm  (set in word 18 of the configuration block)
•0 = Loop1 PV input is below the high temperature alarm value.
•1 = Loop1 PV input is at or above the high temperature alarm value.
9 Loop2 Input High Temperature Alarm  (set in word 18 of the configuration block)
•0 = Loop2 PV input is below the high temperature alarm value.
•1 = Loop2 PV input is at or above the high temperature alarm value.
