The system status block contains 64 words as follows:
Word Bits Description
1 0-15 Block Identification Code 1000 1000 1111 1111 (88FF

)
2
0 Loop1 Enable
•0 = Loop 1 disabled.
•1 = Loop 1 enabled.
1 Loop1 Auto/Manual Mode Select (controlled by bit 1 of word 2 of the dynamic block)
•0 = Loop 1 is in the manual mode the manual output value (from word 5, dynamic block) is used as the CV value.
•1 = Loop 1 is in the automatic mode the PID algorithm generates the CV value.
2 Loop1 Open Circuit
•0 = Loop1 thermocouple circuit is closed (connection OK).
•1 = .Loop1 thermocouple circuit is open (connection broken).
3 Loop1 Parameters valid
•0 = Power has been interrupted since valid parameters for loop 1 have been blocktransferred.
•1 = Valid parameters for loop 1 have been blocktransferred since last loss of power .
4 Loop1 Calibration Fault
•0 = Loop1 calibration is OK.
•1 = Loop1 cannot operate with as calibrated.
5 Loop1 SetPoint Select (controlled by bit 2 of word 2 of the dynamic block)
•0 = Select the standbytemperature setpoint value from word 3 of the dynamic block.
•1 = Select the runtemperature setpoint value from word 4 of the dynamic block.
6 Loop1 Parameter Value Error
•0 = Loop1 parameter values OK.
•1 = Loop1 parameter value error.
7 Loop1 AutoTuning Complete
•0 = Loop1 autotuning is not complete.
•1 = Loop1 autotuning is complete.
8 Reserved.
9 Reserved.
10 Loop1 Thermal Runaway (set in words 21 and 23 of the configuration block)
•0 = Loop1 is operating within thermal runaway limit..
•1 = Loop1 has exceeded the thermal runaway limit. and the CV value has been forced..
11 Loop1 High CV Limit (set in word 7 of the configuration block)
•0 = Loop1 CV value is below the high CV limit.
•1 = Loop1 CV value is at the high CV limit.
12 Loop1 Low CV Limit (set in word 8 of the configuration block)
•0 = Loop1 CV value is above the low CV limit.
•1 = Loop1 CV value is at the low CV limit.
