There are three indicator LEDs on the front panel. The indicator LED

FAULT Red Solid One or more inputs are above 10.0 kHZ
FAULT Red Flashing Internal hardware failure, or input rates drifiting above
and below 10.0 kHz
PROG Yellow Flashing Block transfer in process
ACTIVE Green Solid Module active
