if: then:
MCC13 and MCC14 PRC05 must be within 00000 ≤ PRC05 ≤ MCC14 – MCC13
are both non-zero
MCC13 is non-zero and PRC05 must be within 00000 ≤ PRC05 ≤ MCC10 – MCC13
MCC14 is zero
MCC13 is zero and PRC05 must be within 00000 ≤ PRC05 ≤ MCC14 – MCC09
MCC14 is non-zero
