Description
IPC ID = 9
1023 IPC23 is not in decreasing positional order.
If non-zero, IPC23 must be less than IPC19.
1027 IPC27 is not in decreasing positional order.
If non-zero, IPC27 must be less than IPC23.
1031 IPC31 is not in decreasing positional order .
If non-zero, IPC31 must be less than IPC27.
1035 IPC35 is not in decreasing positional order.
If non-zero, IPC35 must be less than IPC31.
1039 IPC39 is not in decreasing positional order.
If non-zero, IPC39 must be less than IPC35.
