SYS
Word Bit Description
B09 = 0 Normal
= 1 Plastication Profile Command Error
The module latches this bit at completion of the Hold Profile if all of the following are true:
S
HPC03-B08 is RESET
S
SYS15-B12 is RESET
S
HPC03-B09 is RESET
S
SYS15-B14 is RESET
The module also latches this bit at completion of the Pre-decompression Movement if both of the following are true:
S
HPC03-B09 is RESET
S
SYS15-B14 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if all of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B07 is RESET
S
PRC05 equal zero
S
HPC03-B09 is RESET
S
SYS15-B14 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if all of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B07 is RESET
S
SYS15-B12 is RESET
S
HPC03-B09 is RESET
S
SYS15-B14 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if both of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B08 is SET
S
SYS15-B14 is RESET
The module unlatches this bit when it decodes a valid DYC Block with any SET action execution bit other than
DYC02-B07 or DYC02-B08.
B10 = 0 Normal
= 1 Post-decompression Movement Command Error
The module latches this bit at completion of the Plastication Profile if both of the following are true:
S
PPC03-B08 is RESET
S
SYS15-B15 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if all of the following are true:
S
Ram (screw) position equals or exceeds the sum of PPC61 and PPC62
S
PPC03-B08 is RESET
S
SYS15-B15 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if both of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B09 is SET
S
SYS15-B15 is RESET
The module also latches this bit if both of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B09 is SET
S
PSC05 added to the actual ram (screw) position equals or exceeds MCC12
The module unlatches this bit when it decodes a valid Dynamic Command Block with any SET action execution bit
other than DYC02-B08 or DYC02-B09.
B11 = 0 Normal
= 1 First Clamp Open Profile Command Error
The module latches this bit when all of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B10 is SET
S
OPC03-B08 is SET
S
SYS16-B00 is RESET
The module also latches this bit when both of the following are true:
S
DYC02-B10 is SET
S
SYS16-B04 is RESET
Module unlatches this bit when it decodes a valid DYC Block with any SET action execution bit other than DYC02-B10.
