Installing Knowledge Builder on Windows XP
The following table lists the items that you must complete to install
Knowledge Builder on a Non-ProcessLogix Windows XP system.
Removing Knowledge Builder
Before installing ProcessLogix R500.1 Knowledge Builder, you must remove
and previous versions of Knowledge Builder.
1. Click Start ⇒ Settings ⇒ Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Click on Knowledge Builder in the list of installed programs and click
Add/Remove.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
5. If necessary, at the Remove Shared File prompt, click Yes to All and
click Yes to confirm.
6. When completed, close the Add/Remove Programs window.
