Pt[x].PWMMinimumOnTime REAL PWM Minimum On Time—Defines the minimum length of time required for the output
to turn On. Requires PWM to be enabled via the Pt[x].PWMEnable tag.
Valid values:
0.0002…3600.0 seconds
or
0…100 percent
