Before you install the GuardPLC OPC software, make sure your personal computer

meets the following system requirements:

Installing GuardPLC OPC Software You must have administrator access to the computer on which you are installing the OPC server. 1. Insert the GuardPLC OPC Server CD-ROM into the CD drive. If Autoplay is enabled, the software installation starts automatically. If this is not the case, you can start the installation by clicking on d:\RSLogix_Guard_PLUS_OPCServer\setup.exe (where “d” is your CD drive). 2. On the setup screen, click on Install GuardPLC OPC Server and follow the installation prompts.
