When going from Run to Program mode, if both of the appropriate
bits in the Device Reset and Remote Output Reset words are reset to 0
before leaving Run mode, the RIO link device is instructed to decide
whether to hold its last output state or to reset its outputs.

reset device outputs.

reset device outputs.

remain reset regardless of the DR and
